New Moon Victoria Recast?

Any opinions on this? Honestly I don’t see it as a bad thing. Fire the firey red headed girl and replace her with an actual actress. Makes sense to me.
However since most twilight fans base everything off of Looks and Bryce Dallas Howard doesn’t look beautiful in the slightest, is anyone pissed about this recasting of Victoria?

    very very pissed. i think they should think it over a bit more because it’s gonna be bad if they have a different person play victoria. i think rachelle was awesome as victoria and bryce isn’t even pretty. so yeah, it pisses me off that they replaced her.

    Summit should really re-think what they are doing. They say they are doing the best they can for the twilight fans, well they should do their best to keep the same Victoria and work around Rachelle’s scheduling after all she is a significant character in the movie saga series. You wouldn’t see them replacing Kristen or Robert if something went wrong with their scheduling for a couple of days.

    I’m a HUGE Twilight fan, but I honestly don’t think replacing her is that big of a deal. She plays an important role, but it’s not like she is a main character. I think Bryce actually fits the role better, but who knows. I guess we’ll find out next June when Eclipse comes out!

    Not a huge fan of the movie (books were a nice enough holiday read) but the Twilight Victoria is Victoria for me now. So to swap in a new actress is going to be a little weird when watching that movie… It will be distracting…

    I’m pissed.
    She was one of my favorite characters, I already hated the movie. They seem to give the people who can or atleast are decent actors very small parts, or kill them off. Bye bye evil vampires. ]: xD

    It’s a mistake to recast with Bryce Dallas Howard. She’s a lovely young lady, but she just doesn’t fit the part, her acting isn’t strong enough. Sorry, Bryce!

    I think the Victoria they have now is better, cause she looks more evil then Bryce she looks to innocent.
